Janelle Nolan & Associates Environmental Consulting (JNA Consulting) is a small, woman-owned, California-based environmental consulting firm founded in 2014. JNA Consulting is focused on helping public agencies, public and private utilities, universities, developers, and tribes successfully navigate complex environmental review and permitting processes. Our overarching goal is to deliver cost-effective, environmentally-sound solutions while efficiently guiding clients through the regulatory process.
